New picture I just made tonight.
Another self portrait zombie piece. Have not made a new one in a while...
I am actually very proud of the eyes. I think they turned out great!
Fresher zombie than I am used to making...but it works!

Nightmare Before Christmas Room Sign
I forgot to post this. Made this a while ago for my friend who is having a boy (she is at the hospital right now waiting to deliver him!).
Made with wooden plaque and sculpey clay that I painted.

Zombikin Spotlight: Bubba, Capt. Nelson, & Lillian
I figured since I want to start an "Adopt a Zombie" thing in my Etsy Store, I would start profiling the ones I have already made to give people an idea about the Zombikins and what they are like.
Bubba was a farmer in the state of Wisconsin. That is, until a horde of Zombies got to him. Now instead of working hard to harvest grains, he wanders all night searching for BRAAAAAIIINS!!
Pirate Captain Nelson loved the high seas. That is, until he encountered a ship manned by Zombies. He stood firm; his ship he would not abandon, even after the Zombies blasted him with a cannon.
Little Zombie Lillian was quite a catch in her day, until a wandering zombie came and took her life away. Just ask any guy who's had the chance to meet her; they will certain tell you she is a real man-eater.

Long time!
I have not updated this in a LONG time, and I thought it was about time I did.
Art News:
*Lots of new artistic adventures, including Blackthorne Rose Creations and Aromaheresy.
Blackthorne Rose Creations is something my husband and I started. We make unique jewelry and gifts that we sell online, mainly at our Etsy Store. Our big seller are the "Zombikins" (clay zombies) I make. We also just listed some of our Aromaheresy fragrance blends on there, also!
Aromaheresy, as you can now guess, is a collection of frangrance blends my husband and I make (he makes most of them...he's got a great nose for scents!).
I still make art, but have not done any photomanipulations in a LONG time. I mainly stick to my crafts and vector work, like the image at the top of the screen.
I would like this blog to now the be the hub of information for all of my endeavors, especially for the Etsy store. I would like to hold contests someday soon, were customers and fans can win special prizes, so keep an eye out for that!
Here are some of the goodies available in the Etsy shop:
